Lets talk about environment

The condition of the environment is one of the most important problems in the world. It is known that forests play important role in absorbing carbon and producing oxygen. This article talks about opposite view concerning forest reserves. The question raised in the article is where it is right to cut large acres of forests in order to satisfy people’s needs in it. The writer describes the idea that reducing of forest areas can actually limit the carbon releases and thus be helpful for the environment because when forest burn it releases way more harmful gases and different disturbances such as insects and disease can threaten to the environment even more. The constant wildfires make you think that this point actually makes sense. So should people continue cut forest supplies which actually can be beneficial for overall environment or it’s just another try to justify unlimited using of natural resources?

I agree with this article. I think a lot of cutting has been done in the forests and have ruined the natural habitat of the animals. I know people have needs and everyone needs paper but there should be a limit of how many trees the lumber yard is allowed to cut down. I think we are just wasting our natural resources. Wild fires have ruined Myrtle Beach in some areas. Those are trees we could have used to make things. I think the government should regulate how much per day they are allowed to cut down. Maybe that would help with the environment.
