After reading this article I feel a lot better about not getting sick. There are a lot of things that you could do in your own kitchen. If you have a healthy diet and eat things that are rich in nutrients such as vitamin A and zinc it will help survice illness when it does strike. Some of the food you can eat is colorful fruits and vegetables, seafood, nuts and whole grains. Those foods can provide the help that the body needs to fight off disease and heal injuries.

Researchers say that malnutrition is a breeding ground for these diseases. So eat right and get your blood cells up. Knowing all these things can help preventing yourself from getting sick.
