This article tells you what to do when you are faced with an ethical situation and you don’t know what to do.  There are five things to consider.  First embrace diversity.  Many benefits come from the diversity of people.  Diversity is a strength and advantage in the business world.  Second, don’t take what is not your own work and don’t accept anything that you have not earned for yourself.  Third always be careful to keep confidential information confidential.  Fourth if you don’t know ask.  BS gets you and the customer nowhere.  Finally the way you achieve the end result is just as important as the end result. I think this is simple good advice for anyone weather they are in the business world or not.  If everyone lived by these five thing then maybe the business world would be less corrupt.
