Obama: Jobs news ‘modestly encouraging’

This article is about Obama trying to stay positive about the unemployment rates. It came from a 10.2 to a 10. I guess that means a lot to him but i honestly don’t see anything good about that. its only .2. Its good to see him be positive but at the end of the day, a large amount of people are unemployed. I know he is still working on fixing this but I would be impressed if he could get it down to at least 7%. But like everything else, change takes time.
